Sculpture · Glasgow

Original sculpture, in editions you can count on one hand.

Digitally sculpted, hand-finished, cast in cold-cast bronze, stone-like Jesmonite and resin. Small numbered editions with certificates — when an edition closes, the mould is retired. No endless reprints, ever.

How a piece is born

Sculpted in pixels, finished in dust and polish

  1. Sculpt

Modelled digitally — which means you can see and approve the exact piece before anything physical exists.

  2. Master

Printed in high-resolution resin, then sanded and refined by hand until no trace of the process survives.

  3. Mould

A production silicone mould captures every detail of the master — degassed, seamed and built to cast true.

  4. Cast & number

Each cast is hand-finished, numbered and documented. Editions run 5–25; then the mould is retired.

Editions

Original studio works in numbered editions of 5–25, each with a signed certificate recording the piece, material and edition number. Small editions from £150.

Commissions

Portraits, memorial pieces, gifts with weight behind them. 50% deposit, roughly 4–12 weeks depending on scale, and you approve the digital sculpt before we cast. Quoted individually.

Awards & trophies

Clubs, companies and events: an award people keep on the shelf, not another etched slab. Reorderable year on year from your retained master.

Cold-cast bronze, explained honestly: real bronze powder bound in resin, cold-poured rather than foundry-fired — the weight, colour and patina of bronze at a fraction of foundry cost. We’ll always tell you which you’re buying.

The launch collection

First editions are on the bench now

Kelvin Forge opened in 2026 and the first edition pieces are being sculpted, moulded and cast as you read this. Follow the workshop log to see them take shape — or get in early: commission holders shape the queue.

Own a one-of-one. Every edition starts life as a single master. Commission an original and the edition can be yours alone — mould retired at one.

Talk to us about a piece.

An idea, a photograph of someone, a rough sketch — commissions start with a conversation, not a form.
