If it doesn’t fit, we remake it free until it does — or refund you.

When we’ve done the measuring or the design, fit is our job, not yours. Send a photo on WhatsApp and the next version is on us, as many rounds as it takes. If you’d rather have your money back at any point, you get it.

Not happy with it? We remake it. Still not right? Full refund — and you keep the part.

Send a photo within 30 days of delivery and we’ll remake it free, no interrogation. If the remake still isn’t right, full refund, and you keep both parts — posting small parts back and forth helps nobody.

If it breaks: the law gives you 30 days. We double it.

UK law gives you a full refund for any faulty item within 30 days — that’s your statutory right with every business, not our offer. On top of it, for 60 days from delivery: if a part we said would suit the job fails in normal use, you choose — new part or your money back. Your statutory rights for faults (repair, replacement or refund) carry on after our 60 days end.

Commissions: you approve photos before anything ships.

Unlimited revisions at the design stage before making starts. Every finished piece is photographed for your approval before dispatch — and if what arrives isn’t what you approved, full refund including postage. (Approving a photo never signs away your rights over faults you couldn’t see in it.) Deposits are refundable in full any time before making starts; if you cancel after making starts, we only keep what covers materials used and work actually done, itemised for you.

Your own design files

We guarantee the print matches your model and the agreed material spec exactly. If we can spot a problem in the file, we’ll flag it before printing. If a design flaw only shows up after, we’ll reprint at material-only cost while you fix the model. If the fault is in the print or material itself, that’s on us — free remake or refund as above.

Ready-made pieces (numbered editions and stock designs)

You can change your mind: tell us within 14 days of delivery — no reason needed — and you then have another 14 days to post it back. We refund the piece plus standard outbound postage within 14 days of getting it back (or your proof of posting), to the payment method you used. Return postage for a change of mind is yours; if it arrives faulty, postage both ways is ours. To cancel, just message us on WhatsApp — or use the cancellation form below.

The legal bits

• This guarantee is offered by Waleria Klek, trading as Kelvin Forge — Newton Mearns, Glasgow, United Kingdom; collection and studio visits by appointment, and the full address is provided with every quote and invoice. It covers orders delivered within the UK, for the periods stated above. To claim, message us on WhatsApp or email — a photo is all we need. You can ask for this guarantee in writing at any time.
• This guarantee is in addition to your legal rights as a consumer, which are not affected.
• Custom-made items — commissions, parts modelled from your measurements or photos, and prints from your own files — have no 14-day change-of-mind right under UK law (they’re made to your specification). That’s exactly why the guarantee above exists. Ready-made pieces have the full change-of-mind rights described above.
• Complaints: message us first and you’ll hear back within one working day. Nothing we agree between us removes your statutory remedies.
• Business and trade orders are handled on trade terms — the consumer rights above apply to consumers.
