Our review policy, in plain English.
Every review you’ll ever see of Kelvin Forge is genuine. Here’s the policy that keeps it that way.
- Every customer gets the same ask. After handover, everyone receives the same neutral message inviting a Google review — happy or not. We never pick and choose who gets asked.
- Never incentivised. No discounts, freebies, prize draws or anything else in exchange for a review — offering them breaks Google’s rules and UK law, and we wouldn’t want bought praise anyway.
- Negative feedback is never suppressed. We don’t ask for reviews to be edited or removed, and help with a problem is never conditional on one. If something’s wrong, the guarantee fixes it — the review can say whatever you think.
- No friends-and-family padding. Reviews come from real customers of real jobs, full stop.
If you ever spot a review of us that doesn’t smell right, tell us — we’ll report it ourselves.
